For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned at 639 jl's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 639 jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you.

639 jl reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a Player has provided false information or is in breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the 639 jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the 639 jl Platform — including but not limited to the 639 jl name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 639 jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 639 jl.
• Use the 639 jl name, logo, or any other brand elements for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639 jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Technical malfunctions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond 639 jl's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

639 jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

639 jl is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and all other applicable data protection regulations. Your data will never be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 639 jl support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, 639 jl's decision — made in good faith and based on available technical records — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

639 jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 639 jl will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 639 jl Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
